Once we’ve received your application. There are two ways you can complete the process of getting your pistol permit. You can mail in a payment for the number of years you would like or come to our facility in person. If you mail in your payment, we will mail your card to the address on your application. We are located at 24 Robertson Airport Rd in Clayton, Al. Our hours are from 8-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday with lunch from 12-1:00 p.m. The fee is $20 dollars per year, and you can get up to five years. We accept checks, cash, money orders, and debit or credit, but there is a $3 fee per year if you pay with a card.    

**Note: Any domestic violence conviction or Active Warrants for misdemeanor or felony will disqualify you from having a pistol permit.
